The Team

Urs Schaeli MRCVS

Urs grew up as a farmer’s son in Switzerland. He qualified from Vet School in Leipzig, Germany, in 2000.

Before joining Colin Sutherland in 2005 he worked in 2 positions as a Farm Animal and Equine Assistant.

He really enjoys both aspects of the daily Large Animal work; working closely together with farmers on their herd health and also being challenged on the Equine side.

Since October 2008 he and Sabine have been Partners in Cheviot Vets.
